Bal Education Trust strives to provide high-quality educational events and programs to the participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a cancellation or refund. The policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund. Bal Education Trust shall not be held responsible for any refunds in any circumstances, unless we receive the relevant information within 30 days from the date of the event.

Please note that some events may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified in the event details.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the registration.

Exceptions

In some cases, we may offer exceptions to our cancellation and refund policies due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an exception.
